Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro

Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship phones, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, which boast impressive camera capabilities thanks to a partnership with Leica. Both phones come equipped with Android 13 and offer flagship-level displays and fast charging speeds. The Xiaomi 13 Lite is also available, with similar features but more suited to the upper mid-range market.

The Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro have Leica optical lenses as part of their triple-camera arrays, and both offer software and computational advancements. The Xiaomi 13 Pro includes a wide range of focal lengths, from 14mm to 75mm, using three rear cameras. The main camera has a 23mm wide-angle lens and a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, which is the largest sensor currently found in a smartphone. The Xiaomi 13, on the other hand, has a 54-megapixel Sony IMX800 sensor, a slightly smaller focal length of 15mm to 75mm, and a “create in Dolby Atmos” The phones come with a mode that enables recording of 4K HDR videos at a smooth 60 frames per second.The Xiaomi 13 Lite has a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Both the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for the Pro model, and 8GB of RAM for the standard model. The Pro charges its 4,820mAh cell from 0 to 100% in just 19 minutes with 120W HyperCharge wired charging technology, and offers 50W wireless charging. The standard model has a 4,500mAh battery that provides 67W wired charging and the same 50W wireless charging. Both devices are IP68 dust and water-resistant. The Xiaomi 13 Lite runs off the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage, offering 67W wired charging for its 4,500mAh battery.

The Xiaomi 13 has a 6.36-inch Full HD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, while the Xiaomi 13 Pro offers a 6.73-inch 120Hz WQHD+ AMOLED panel that provides 1,200 nits of peak brightness and all major HDR standards. The Xiaomi 13 Lite features a 120Hz 6.55-inch AMOLED display with Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The Xiaomi 13 Pro also boasts a 3D-curved ceramic body for a comfortable feel while using the camera.
